Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Enlightened Informatics. They incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. If you use the App or the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App or the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Conquoreum is a personal-development tool styled as the Throne Room of the Conqueror. You set a mission and goals, choose a Class, and turn habits, skills, and quests into XP, levels, and unlocks. The App includes an AI Companion you can speak with by voice or by text, and which is disclosed throughout the App as an AI character.

The Site is the marketing surface for the App. It hosts the waitlist, an optional onboarding-call booking flow, and these legal pages.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Conquoreum. If you are between 16 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You sign in to the App using Sign in with Apple through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us promptly at the address in section 12 if you suspect unauthorized use.

Conquoreum offers paid subscription tiers inside the App. Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. There is no web checkout, and you cannot subscribe, pay, or manage your subscription on the Site.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds, where granted, are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.
• If we offer a free trial, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.

We may change pricing or the configuration of the tiers from time to time. Changes that affect an existing subscription take effect at the next renewal, and we will tell you about them in advance through the App or by email.

You agree to use Conquoreum only for lawful, personal-development purposes consistent with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the App or the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or the rights of any person.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or the Site, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Probe, scan, attack, or interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems or the systems of our sub-processors.
• Use the Companion to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm another person, or to attempt to extract harmful, deceptive, or illegal content from the underlying AI model.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App, the Site, or the Companion without our prior written consent.

The Companion is an AI character. Its responses are generated by a third-party large-language model (currently Google Gemini) based on the input you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise imperfect, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision that meaningfully affects your health, safety, finances, or legal rights.

The Companion is not a clinician, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, or crisis service. It is not a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a local crisis line.

You are responsible for what you say to the Companion and for how you act on what it says. We may apply safety filters and rate limits, and we may suspend Companion access where use appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

The App, the Site, the Conquoreum name and visual identity, the Throne Room aesthetic, and all underlying software, designs, copy, audio, and artwork are owned by Enlightened Informatics or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, except for the limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App and the Site as intended.

You retain ownership of the habits, reflections, mission, goals, and other content you create in the App (Your Content). You grant Enlightened Informatics the limited rights needed to host, sync, back up, and display Your Content to you, and to send it to the sub-processors named in the Privacy Policy strictly to operate the service.

You may submit feedback or suggestions about Conquoreum. If you do, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the product, without obligation to you.

Conquoreum is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enlightened Informatics disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Conquoreum is a personal-development tool. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We make no warranty that your use of Conquoreum will produce a particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enlightened Informatics, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of Conquoreum, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or Conquoreum will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apple for Conquoreum in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Conquoreum at any time. You may cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and you may delete your account in the App or by emailing us at the address in section 12.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Conquoreum, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your use exposes us or our sub-processors to legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Conquoreum, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
