We aim to reply within two business days. Replies are written by a human at Enlightened Informatics, not by the Companion.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

All Conquoreum subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription:

  • Open iPhone Settings.
  • Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Conquoreum, then choose the change you want to make.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; the fastest path is reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring purchases on a new device

If you have already subscribed and you reinstall Conquoreum or switch to a new iPhone, open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If the restore does not work, email us and include the Apple ID email and the approximate date you subscribed.

The Companion and your privacy

The Companion is an AI character. When you speak to it, your voice and your messages are sent in real time to Google (Gemini) to generate a response, and the transcript is stored inside your account so you can review past sessions. The first time you start a voice session you are asked for Microphone permission; you can revoke that permission at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

The Companion is not a therapist, clinician, or crisis service. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a local crisis line.

Requesting your data or account deletion

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and your data, by emailing inquiries@enlightenedinformatics.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm the request and complete it within the period required by applicable law.

If you cancel a subscription but want to keep your account, you can simply stop using the paid tier. Your habits, reflections, and history stay with you.
